Find real providers
Identify clinicians through NPPES NPIs, taxonomies, and reported practice locations.
Research real Georgia physicians using procedure-category experience, Medicare services, hospital affiliations and source-linked facility evidence—not invented quality scores.
Start with a question. We’ll use the underlying records to explain what’s known.

Showing the current page of geocoded clinicians. Markers are approximate Census address-range estimates, not procedure sites. Map assets and tiles are served by third parties.

Compare distinct clinician experience and affiliated-hospital evidence; not clinical quality rankings.
Identify clinicians through NPPES NPIs, taxonomies, and reported practice locations.
Compare 2024 fee-for-service HCPCS billing with separately defined CMS knee-category procedure experience and volume percentiles.
Check affiliations, hospital-level hip/knee complication estimates, reporting periods and data availability without attributing outcomes to surgeons.
Each source describes a different aspect of physician discovery. Counts, facility scores and reporting windows must not be merged or presented as individual surgeon quality rankings.
October 2026 V2. NPIs, names, credentials, self-reported taxonomies and practice locations. Does not verify licensure, availability, board certification or network status.
CMS source ↗Calendar 2024 Original Medicare fee-for-service HCPCS billing. 27447 and 27446 remain separate. Services are not necessarily unique surgeries, lead-surgeon work or total lifetime experience.
CMS source ↗October 15, 2026 release. Rolling CMS procedure-category utilization, including Medicare Advantage; published knee category combines total, partial and revision operations. CMS volume percentiles are not quality scores; a 1–10 range is suppressed, not zero.
CMS source ↗July 9, 2026 release. NPI-linked CMS-certified hospital associations. Affiliation does not prove a clinician's privileges, surgery site, patient insurance coverage or current relationship.
CMS source ↗August 13, 2026 release. Risk-standardized combined hip/knee replacement complication estimates at the hospital level; individual facility reporting periods and unavailable values vary. These are not an affiliated surgeon's outcomes.
CMS source ↗August 13, 2026 release. THA/TKA PRO-PM reporting or participation information where published. Missing and nonnumeric entries are preserved. Do not interpret reporting participation as improvement, recovery or surgical success.
CMS source ↗2025 ZIP Code Tabulation Area reference centers plus Census address-range approximations for accepted practice-address matches. Distances are straight-line, not travel times; unmatched practices may be excluded from radius searches.
Census geocoder ↗Provisional research-prototype mappings from knee-replacement consultations to relevant HCPCS codes and orthopaedic taxonomies. These rules are not yet clinician-reviewed and do not imply clinical recommendations.
ExactDr is a research prototype, not medical advice. Verify licensing, accepting-patient status, insurance participation, surgery location, clinical outcomes and availability directly. Published provider, payer and hospital records use different populations, periods and privacy suppressions. An absent observation is not proof of zero activity. Experience-first discovery evaluates the eligible Census-geocoded in-radius pilot cohort before selecting a shortlist; published single-enrollment knee-category counts are ordered separately from suppressed, multi-enrollment, and unpublished observations. Geocoding gaps limit coverage.
